Our Venue

The Barn

The newly renovated Barn can hold up to 175 guests for ceremonies and 160 guests for receptions. Finished with chandeliers, fans and a rustic feel. This space has large front and back barn doors, allowing for a lot of light, especially in combination with the newly added windows.

The Hall

The newly renovated Hall with its high ceilings and modern rustic feel opens up on the south side to the Terrace through a series of large, wood and glass doors. Surrounding these doors, additional windows allow for the entire side of the Hall to open out onto the Terrace allowing for the two areas to function as one! This building can hold up to 175 guests for both ceremonies and receptions.

The Terrace

This large, outdoor, grass area includes an elevated, concrete altar with rustic arbor. This space sits between the two buildings and looks at the sunset through the trees. This portion of the property is secluded and can seat 175 guests for both ceremonies and receptions.

The Bridal Suite

The suite is bright, elegant, and very charming. The wall of mirrors, sink, and large vanity make it ideal for any bridal party! Some of the most important features include a small fridge for refreshments and a breathtaking view of the landscape.

The Grooms Room

This brand-new build is perfect for the groomsman to relax before the big event by enjoying the bar, playing pool and/or darts. This rustic themed room includes a fridge for all of your pre-event needs.

The Cocktail Porch

This outdoor, but completely covered area is well lit and attached to the side of the barn, looking onto The Terrace. This space not only flows into The Terrace, but also the courtyard. The main attraction of The Cocktail Porch is the beautiful, rustic bar for your guests to enjoy. 

The Courtyard

This area is surrounded by beautiful landscape and attaches all features of the venue to each other. It is very spacious and is suited for many uses!

Rules and Regulations

Venue Rental

  • Capacity: 175 Guests

  • 12 Hour Rental Period (11AM – 11:00PM)

    • All music and festivities are to be shut down by 10PM, per Kitsap County regulations​

    • You will be required to complete your portion of clean up/ take down from 10PM – 11PM

    • Additional hours are available for $200 (10AM – 11PM)

  • Sunflower Farms is only responsible for set up and take down of tables and chairs

    • Renter is responsible for clearing all decorations, linens, etc. throughout the buildings (Bridal Suite and Groom's Room included) and grounds.​

  • All trash should be placed in provided onsite trash cans

  • 2-hour rental rehearsal included in rental and held the Thursday prior to your event

  • All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender through a permitted caterer

Reservations

Per signed rental agreement, 50% non-refundable Save the Date deposit is due on the day of reservation. The remainder is due 60 days prior to your event.

  • In addition, a $300 refundable cleaning deposit will be due at the time of final payment.

  • In addition, a $500 refundable damage deposit will be due at time of final payment.

Rules

  • Sunflower Farms is a NON-SMOKING venue

  • No fireworks (with the exception of sparklers), rice or candles without container higher than the candle itself.

  • No staples or nails may be used to display decorations.

  • Pets that are involved in ceremony are allowed with prior approval.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your event, a portion of your Save the Date deposit will be forfeited.

  • Notice of 6 months or more: 50% of your Save the Date deposit will be refunded, depended on Sunflower Farms ability to rebook.

  • Notice of 3-6 months: 25% of your Save the Date deposit will be refunded, dependent on Sunflower Farms ability to rebook.

  • Notice of less than 3 months: Save the Date will be non-refundable.
